Beautiful, park like grounds with spacious, lovely rooms. But the area where it was located was not very nice, the food was not very good and it took an hour to arrive at the table (although the staff were very nice)

Met phylis at the reception in the hotel. She is excellent at her job and quite helpful. She is surely an asset to ciala resort. I enjoyed my experience at the hotel because of her excellent service. The rooms are very excellent and all the bathrooms are lovely but some features like wi-fi is often going off and power too they should really do something about that the food is excellent and the service is pretty average there is once I called for the bill and the waiter asked me to send them the money instead of sending to the pay bill that was wrong improve some the games and activities where my best part I enjoyed my stay but they should really improve on some stuff

One night stay with the family. Super location with glorious surroundings. Staff service across all faculties. Attentive but not intrusive. The kids loved the warm outside pool and play area particularly. We will stay again when we visit Kisumu.

Serene environment with ever hardworking and cheerful staff who were always available to attend to my needs. I enjoyed every bit of my stay here. From the staff at the reception to the restaurant, hall and house keepers, all were well organized and friendly. Just few mosquitoes around but thanks to the budgets in our rooms.

Die Location ist sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Klimaanlage. Der Balkon war morgens vom Kondensat überflutet. Noch ein Tipp; der Fisch im Restaurant ist hervorragend. Die gesamte Gartenanlage ist wunderschön gepflegt.

Eines der besten Hotels in denen wir jemals waren! Wir kommen gerne immer wieder! Tolle Massagen von einer der ruhigen und netten Frau. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber, schön und ruhig. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und erfüllt einem fast jeden Wunsch.
